Counselling
As a Registered Counsellor, I conduct psychological and preventative interventions focused on promoting and enhancing psychosocial well-being for individuals, families, groups, and communities. -
Supporting the restoration of a previous or more adaptive level of functioning
-
Offering psycho-education and promoting mental health
-
Fostering primary psychosocial well-being
-
Collaborating with interdisciplinary professional teams
-
Referring to appropriate professionals or resources in accordance with best practice guidelines in the health professions
